In India, money circulation schemes are banned under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978. Section 2 (c) of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 defines a money circulation scheme as, any scheme, by whatever name called, for the making of quick or easy money, or for the receipt of any money or valuable thing as the consideration for a promise to pay money, on any event or contingency relative or applicable to the enrolment of members into the scheme, whether or not such money or thing is derived from the entrance money of the members of such scheme or periodical subscriptions.

Sir please help the future india. Ebiz is spoiling the younger generation of india by leading them in wrong direction. Students stopped studying and concentrating on earning money but they are not understanding that this not the correct age for this and i request you to give suggestion to ban ebiz from existance.

#1. Under what condition can a company who shall propose/ -or- mention to do MLM,-or- Networking, -or- Chain Marketing in its MOA upon incorporated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs be honored with a Corporate License ? [Aren’t they the other names for Money Circulation?]
#2. Everyone is needy for money and mostly is ignorant about legal MLM Laws & fraud intentions of the Promoters – for which we think the Law is there to protect us, or at-least warn about any irregularities beforehand. But they never does that.
#3. When any Indian Law permits by way of offering/ granting License to do & promote such illegal pyramidal MLM business model without any monitoring, our gullible people often becomes the victims due to huge financial loss after some time. But on the other hand various Govt agencies remain the beneficiaries by way of Income taxes, banking service charges, licensing fees, SMS’ing etc etc. Who are to be blamed and accused ?
